# Lights and air-conditioning that follow the people in the room

Nara switches lights and air-conditioning automatically based on whether people are in each independent zone of a room, which cuts electricity used in empty areas.

## Solution

Cameras feed Nara, which detects people per zone. Occupied zones switch lights and AC on; empty zones switch them off, through smart relays or a home and building platform such as Home Assistant over HTTP or MQTT.
