# A robot arm and AMR orchestrated by cameras, with zero code

A drag-and-drop Nara flow orchestrates a robot arm and an AMR in real time. A camera checks each pallet: when a box is present, Nara signals the robot to pick it up, then calls the AMR to collect the pallet and take it to the next free station, while a live dashboard tracks everything. No code is involved.

## Challenge

Robots and AMRs usually run on fixed schedules or separate controllers. Making them react to what is actually on the line (is the pallet loaded, empty, or out of position?) normally needs custom integration code.

## Solution

Nara sits between the cameras and the machines. An IP camera watches the pallet station and detects whether the pallet is loaded, empty or not in position. When it is loaded, Nara signals the robot arm to pick the box and triggers the AMR to collect the pallet, which routes it to the next open station. When it is out of position, Nara signals the robot to reposition it. A live dashboard shows pallet status, box detection and robot status.

## How it works
