# 455 tonnes of fertiliser inspected every day

A real-time contamination detection, alerting and data collection system for white fertiliser pellets. It protects the quality of 455 tonnes of product, worth 4.7 million THB, every day, and has run in production since March 2021.

## Challenge

Contaminants in white pellet fertiliser lower product quality and customer trust. At this volume, manual visual checks cannot cover the whole flow of product.

## Solution

Nara watches the pellet stream continuously, detects contamination in each frame, alerts operators straight away, and records every event for quality tracking.
