# Intrusion and perimeter detection with smart alarms

Nara turns your existing IP cameras into smart alarms. It detects people, vehicles or animals in the zones and hours you set, including at gates and fences at night, and sends an alarm with images to the guard’s phone. Everything runs on-site, without internet.

## The problem

Sites need to know straight away when people or vehicles enter closed areas after hours, without a guard watching every screen.

## How it works

- **Input:** Existing IP cameras
- **Process:** People, vehicle and animal detection in zones, on a schedule
- **Action:** Alarm and notification with images, saved events, dashboard

Draw the zones and set the hours. Nara detects people, vehicles and animals in each zone and raises an alarm only for what you care about, with images sent to the guard’s phone. Events are saved so you can search them later, and the same cameras can also watch for fire and smoke.

### After-hours intrusion

People, vehicles or animals in zones on a schedule raise an alarm with images to the guard’s phone.

### Perimeter and gates at night

People detection at gates and fences in low light, processed locally without internet.

### Smart event recording

Images and clips are saved only when events happen, in a searchable log.

### Abandoned objects and asset removal

Alerts when an unattended object stays in a zone longer than a set time, or when a watched object leaves its position.

### Cross-camera person tracking

Person re-identification follows a person across cameras and devices for investigations.
